We recommend bringing 5-10% of your rental cost and giving it to your driver at the end of your trip. No. Even if you have a CDL, we cannot allow you to drive your bus rental. Your reservation includes the serviced of a professional and certified bus driver, so you won't need to worry about driving, parking, or other travel logistics during your trip.
We get it: even the best-laid plans can change. If you need to alter your itinerary, extend or shorten your trip, or add a few folks to your headcount, contact our 24/7 service team as soon as possible. These types of changes may affect your final bus rental price, depending on the availability of drivers and motorcoaches.
No problem. If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, just give us a call at 1-844-693-9330. From there, your rep can offer one of two solutions, based on how close to your trip’s departure you need to cancel.
If you cancel your trip more than 14 days before your expected departure, you will not receive your 10% deposit back but you will not need to pay the full cost of your trip.
If you need to cancel 14 or fewer days before your trip, we unfortunately cannot provide full refunds, and you’ll be expected to pay the full cost of the trip.
